7. EATING FRUITS, VEGETABLES & OTHER FOODS

In this pandemic time we are all at home. We may purchase more fruits & vegetables to eat of our choice that leads to consumption of vitamins and minerals with a healthy body. Focusing on healthy food will play a major role in in your mood and energy level. Make sure to add different variety of foods that can help you in quarantine. Foods such as nuts, berries, apples, orange, papaya, coconut water, eggs, chicken & meat, lentils and other related healthy products.

Drinking water is very essential whether you are at home or outdoors we need more water for our body. To keep yourself well hydrated, it is advisable to drink 6-8 liters of water every day.
