The national sleep foundation recommends anywhere between 7-9 hours of sleep every night. Another advantage of waking up early, say 5 AM is that you have an head start in your day from the other people. That already differentiates you from a huge majority.

The road up can be hard but once you reach the top it’ll all be worth it.
